Autumn In Summer.

Because the Philippines is a tropical country, we only have two seasons – summer and rainy. I’m not counting fall because most of the trees here shred their leaves regardless of the season. Some, like those in our yard even fall everyday; or the cold season, which is associated mostly to Christmas time.

This year, before summer had even started, the leaves of our Mahogany trees begun to change color. And they all started to fall as summer comes. Being so fascinated by the autumn season of the other countries, with the piercing heat of the summer sun… I took a few moments and pretend it’s autumn time. I guess this is the closest I could experience the season of autumn.GRU_0153GRU_0120

And look… in just a couple of days, it’s spring time.
